DATE CHANGE NON REFUNDABLE CASE
These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
Date Change fees don't include any fare change in the components on the new date. Fare difference as applicable will be charged separately.
Date Change will depend on the availability of the components on the new requested date.
CANCELLATION
These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
Cancellation Policies
- If cancellation is done before check in date, the cancellation amount will be calculate based on the hotel policy.
- If cancellation is done after check in date, the package is non-refundable.
- Cancellation policies are dependent on the current component attached in the package and will get altered in case of any amendment/changes in the component.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Hotel check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs.
- At the time of check-in at some hotels, you will be asked to keep an amount as deposit; this amount will be refunded to you by hotel at the time of check-out provided you have cleared all the room’ dues. (If any). A2 Holidays will not be involved in this transaction.
- Guests are expected to be on-time for the tours and transfers according to the information from the guide/tour manager.
- The maximum time the driver can wait will be 10 mins.
- Any services not utilized on time will not be refunded nor adjusted. No Show due to delays by clients will be treated as a No Show and no refund is applicable.
- Timing in the Itinerary subjected to changes. If there is any such change, it will be informed to you by our operations office well in advance.
- Any Changes to be made for the tour schedule have to be informed at least 24 hrs prior to the service on the Emergency Contact number for Tours.
- In case the luggage capacity exceeds the permissible count, additional charges would be applied. Guests are expected to carry all valuables along with them and the Company will not take responsibility of any lost items
- As per the Įaw it is mandatory for all guests to wear seat belt while traveling (CAR, VAN, and COACH). Any fine applied due to failure shall be borne by the guest.
